Pentingkah Memiliki Sertifikat Profesi BNSP?

Saat ini, pencarian kerja sungguh tidak mudah, banyak dari beberapa intansi atau perusahaan yang memprioritaskan calon karyawannya harus memiliki sertifikat profesi.

Nah, untuk mendapatkan sertifikat profesi ini bukan hal yang mudah.

Banyak dari mereka merelakan waktunya, bahkan mengeluarkan banyak uang agar mendapatkan sertifikasi profesi ini.

Seberapa pentingkah sertifikasi BNSP ini?

Pentingnya Sertifikat Profesi untuk Dunia Kerja

Saat ini, untuk bersaing di dunia kerja sungguh bukan hal yang mudah. Banyak dari mereka sudah melamar kemana pun tapi tak kunjung dapat juga.

Hampir di setiap intansi atau perusahaan memiliki syarat untuk merekrut calon pegawainya.

Diantaranya ada poin plus bagi setiap pelamar kerja jika mereka memiliki sertifikat profesi dari BNSP

Apa sih BNSP itu?

BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi) adalah sebuah lembaga independen yang dibentuk pemerintah untuk melaksanakan ketentuan pasal 18 ayat (5) Undang Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan (Wikipedia)

Badan tersebut bekerja untuk menjamin mutu kompetensi dan pengakuan tenaga kerja pada seluruh sektor bidang profesi di Indonesia melalui proses sertifikasi kompetensi kerja bagi tenaga kerja, baik yang berasal dari lulusan pelatihan kerja maupun dari pengalaman kerja.

Nah, untuk mendapatkan sertifikat BNSP ini bukan hal yang mudah, banyak dari mereka meskipun sudah mengikuti tes tapi tidak kunjung mendapatkan sertifikat BNSP ini.

Sertifikat BNSP ini memiliki peran penting untuk bersaing di dunia kerja, peran penting itu dapat disimak pada penjelasan berikut :
  1. Meyakinkan perusahaan bahwa dirinya (tenaga kerja) yang kompeten pada bidangnya
  2. Merencanakan pengembangan karir dan mengukur tingkat pencapaiannya
  3. Mempromosikan profesi yang ditekuninya di dunia industri
  4. dan masih banyak lagi
Untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi profesi ini, kampus Politeknik Pos Indonesia membekali lulusannya untuk mendapatkan sertifikat ini loh.
